Mladé Buky villa has a nice,large garden. In summer it is wonderful to relax here. In consultation with us, it is possible to have a barbeque.

The parking lot is located directly in front of our house on our own soil. Your car will be safe here, because we have an automatic gate system. You can open the gate with a remote control unit.

We have a magnificent lobby, where it is nice to sit with the other guests to share experiences. You can also warm youself at our wood stove or read a book sitting on the couch.
Here in this lobby you will enjoy the free . In the basement there is a possibility for sportly Relaxation. You can play Ping-pong or darts. You do not get bored with us.

We would love to help you by giving information on where the good restaurants are or you can do or see in the area. This information can be in different languages: Dutch, German, English and of course in Czech.

Number of Persons

The apartments are large enough for an extra bed. This is not free and you should always first consult us. When you placed the booking please indicate this in the text field.

Reservation

Please post a reservation of 25% of the total amount to a bank account that you will receive in an e-mail that we will send you after we got your booking application. In this mail we also confirm the request of your booking.

Reservation fees are not charged by us. Tourist tax however we do. it is transferred to the municipality Mladé Buky. (38 Czech crowns per person per day)

Prices

Energy and water:

Water and heating is included in the price. Electricity is up to 100 kWh per week also included. Additional consumption should be paid when you leave us.

Conditions of stay:

The arrival time is generally between 15.00 and 18.00 'o clock. The departure takes place before ten 'o clock. If you are delayed please contact us and feel free to call, so that we know that you will arrive a little later.

Besides Magda and myself there is another one who lives in our villa and that is Ambra, our dog. He guards the house and your belongings. No fear, he does not hurt a fly. It's not a good idea to bring other dogs in our house, because Ambra does not like that. In other words: Please do not bring pets

On arrival a deposit of 100 Euros will be charged. You will get it back when you leave and we see that you did not damage anything. When we see that something is broken it will be deducted from that 100 Euro's guarantee sum. The same goes for loss of property belonging to the house.

You must leave your apartment neat and broom clean when you leave. The kitchen equipment must be clean and tidy.

After you leave the apartment it will be prepared for the next guests. For this cleaning we charge 20 Euro's.
